BACKGROUND
In 2014 and 2015, the rise of "hot girl" cosmetics caused a stir among major global brands like Pond's, Hazeline, and Nivea. Despite higher prices and unofficial registration, people in the Mekong Delta region heavily favored these lesser-known brands, often sourced from EOM or ODM suppliers with little regard for safety or quality.
CASE
As an OEM/ODM trader, we took on the task of designing a brand for a high school student in Kien Giang who was looking for a professional image and advertising for her cosmetic products. Her vision was to be represented as a queen with a love for Phoenix, inspired by Japanese anime.
WE DID
•Researched for key ingredients and worked for the production.
•Design logo and packaging.
•Design Facebook posts
•Run Facebook ads.
RESULT
Cost per engagement was only 1,000 – 3,000 VND, significantly lower than others.
Average amount of products sold per month: 2,000 – 3,000.
